Dario Pardi

Chairman of Retelit S.p.A. and of TAS S.p.A.

An Economics graduate, Dario Pardi has gained significant experience in major multinational companies in the I.C.T. sector. Between 1975 and 1980 he worked at Sperry Univac, as an Account Manager. From 1980 to 1986 he worked at the multinational company Hewlett Packard, where he subsequently undertook the role of Area General Manager. Later, between 1986 and 1992, he was Chief Executive Officer and General Director of the Italian subsidiary of the company Nixdorf Computer. From 1992 to 1994, he was responsible for the area of Southern Europe for the Unix System Division of the Bull company.
From 1994 to 1997, he was Chief Executive Officer of the Italian subsidiary of the Ask Group, then he was the exclusive distributor of the products of this company and, from 1996 to 1999, Chief Executive Officer of the Italian subsidiary and head of UK and Southern Europe for the company Cabletron Systems. In 1999 he joined the company Storage Technology Corporation as Head of Southern Europe, and then became Global, Strategic Account, Channel and Marketing EAME Vice-Chairman. From July 2005 to October 2006 he held the position of Sales and Marketing EAME Vice-Chairman for the DMG division of Sun Microsystems. In October 2006 he joined Hitachi Data Systems Group as Vice-Chairman responsible for the Benelux area and for Southern Europe, and then, in the period between April 2010 and December 2014, he became EMEA Global Markets Vice-Chairman.
Since 7 January 2015 he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Retelit. Since 29 April 2015 he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TAS S.p.A.
