Founder of CAPITALINK CORPORATE FINANCE, Giancarlo Ciacciofera has gained extensive experience in providing assistance in the assessment and the realisation of investments and disinvestments, in the negotiation of loan and debt restructuring agreements, as well as in company acquisitions and restructurings, and in the structuring of complex transactions, especially in the real estate sector.
Giancarlo Ciacciofera was an auditor and director of several companies of national and international importance, including: Rinascente, Upim, Enel Real Estate, Tamerice Immobiliare, Blumarin group Ifil, Pliva Pharma, GE Capital, Pirelli RE, Dresdner Bank and several companies of the Deutsche Bank Group.
He has been a member or Chairman of several Advisory Committees of listed and unlisted Public or Private Real Estate Funds and of several Supervisory Boards of leading domestic companies. Furthermore, he is a promoter of certain real estate initiatives in the fields of commercial premises, residential property and the tourism sector, including in the prominent golf sector. Giancarlo Ciacciofera holds a degree in Business and Economics (graduated with honours), and has been a qualified Accountant and Auditor since 1999. .
