Antongiulio Marti

Antongiulio Marti is the founder of HOOP S.r.l., whose mission is to extract value from Italian SMEs (both listed and unlisted), through strategic consulting activities and club deal investment projects.
As an expert in financial markets with a focus on the Italian stock market, Antongiulio Marti has conducted various activist initiatives on Italian small/mid caps, which in some cases have also involved changes in the governance.
Previously, he held the role of investment manager at SCM SIM S.p.A., an independent asset management and advisory company with 1 billion assets under control, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange.
After graduating from Luigi Bocconi University, he founded an independent financial advisory office, offering tailor-made services for HNWI.
