Claudio Caruso is a notary public in Milan.
He is the author of a monograph and of several publications on Corporate Law, as well as a lecturer in the Master of Corporate Law edited by Just Legal Services and member of the tax&legal Committee of A.I.F.I. (Associazione Italiana dei fondi di private equity, Italian Association of private equity funds).
His professional activity mainly concerns the fields of Corporate Law, as part of which he also follows the activities of certain listed companies, and of real estate. In 2005 he received a PhD in Commercial Law in Catania with a dissertation on the groups of companies, awarded within the framework of the third edition of the award Gian Franco Campobasso as best PhD thesis in Commercial and Banking Law at national level. He graduated in Law with honours from the University of Palermo in 1999.
